• Always use the web browser and NOT the App. 
• When creating an account, the person who's name is on the profile must be the one signing the waiver, or if a minor, they must be the parent or legal guardian.
• Creating an account for kids:
  
  • The parent or legal guardian should fill out their own information and then click "add relationship" to add the minor to the account. Please include their date of birth so we know their age.
    
  • Click on the top right of the page and you will see the child's name listed in the side bar. Click on the child's name to switch to their profile.
    
  • A waiver will populate specifically for that child. The Parent or Legal Guardian must be the person to sign the waiver.
    
  • Whenever you are signing your child up for classes, make sure to switch to their profile, otherwise you will be signing yourself up for class. If this happens, feel free to contact us directly, text or call 616-780-8514, and we can easily switch it over.
