Aerial Chains Workshop

Instructor: Kami Cost: $50 Ages: 18yrs+ Prerequisites: Beginner Friendly In this workshop you will be introduced to aerial chains. This apparatus consists of two chain loops. We recommend wearing layers for comfort on the chains. We will also have double loops utilized for you to practice some of the moves before bringing them to the chains, or to take breaks from the harder apparatus. |

Let the Beat Drop

Instructor Kendra Cost: $40 Ages 10yrs+ Prerequisites: Ability to perform 10 shoulder shrugs without floor support A playful, beginning exploration of beats and momentum utilizing multiple aerial apparatuses. This workshop focuses on building strong foundational techniques to find your rhythm and swing. You will explore efficient swing mechanics and timing to find new pathways and patterns of movement.

Instructor Kendra Ages 10yrs+ Prerequisites: Pullover and Hollow-to-Arch Rollover This is an optional 30min Add-on for the "Let the Beat Drop" Workshop for artists ready to expand into more difficult applications of momentum with change of directionality. You must sign up for the main workshop in order to take this 30min add-on.
