Experience the thrill of flying pole, a dynamic apparatus that spins and moves through the air for a truly weightless feel. This class focuses on aerial pole tricks, spins, and transitions that build strength, control, and spatial awareness. We require prior experience on pole or Intro class prior to enrolling in weekly classes.
