Intro to Silks 

If you are new to silks or rope, we advise you to take at least one of our Intro classes to learn our beginner climb and footlock needed for most Silks 1 level moves. It is also a great opportunity to give it a try before enrolling in class.

Silks 1

​Prerequisites: At least one Intro to Silks class or prior knowledge on how to climb and wrap a footlock.

Silks 2

​Prerequisites: Aerial footlocks, inversion, finished Silks 1 curriculum 

Silks 3

Prerequisites: Aerial hipkey and inversions with straight legs, finished Silks 2 curriculum
