Intro to Silks and Rope

If you are new to silks or rope, we advise you to take at least one of our Intro classes to learn our beginner climb and footlock needed for most Silks 1 level moves. It is also a great opportunity to give it a try before enrolling in class.

Silks 1

​Prerequisites: At least one Intro to Silks and Rope class or prior knowledge on how to climb and wrap a footlock.

Silks 2

​Prerequisites: Aerial footlocks, aerial inversion, finished Silks 1 curriculum 

Silks 3

Prerequisites: Hipkey and inversions with straight legs, finished Silks 2 curriculum
