Intro to Silks

Sundays 1:20pm - 2:20pm with Max
​Mondays 4:20pm - 5:20pm with Bobbye
Prerequisites: Beginner friendly (We promise you do not need to do a pull-up to start aerial silks!)

Silks 1

Sundays 11am - 12pm with Max
Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm with Bobbye
​Prerequisites: Footlock in the air. Able to climb. Inversion from floor.

Silks 2

Mondays 6:40pm - 7:40pm with Bobbye
Thursdays 7:50pm - 8:50pm with Max
​Prerequisites: Double Footlocks in air. Able to climb to top of silk on both sides. Inversion in the air.

Silks 3

Mondays 7:50pm - 8:50pm with Bobbye
Prerequisites: Hipkey and inversions with straight legs.
