Our Silks, Lyra, Trapeze, and Hammock classes are all 10yrs and up and mixed with adult students. Our Kids classes have only children as students and are catered to the age ranges below.

If class is not full, Drop-in style class under Intro Classes may become available after the first Monday of the month

Focus on the development of body awareness, coordination, and strength required to advance through aerial classes
