Lollipop Taster Class

Come give our lollipop a spin! In this class you will be introduced to beginner level mounts and poses, working with the pole and bottom of the hoop.

Partner Sphere & Cube Workshop

In this workshop you will learn mounts and poses on TWO unique apparatuses, aerial cube and aerial sphere! Come bring a friend or make new ones in the duo workshop! Following a brief warm-up, you will spend half of the class on one apparatus and then switch to the other.

Booooty Bash

Come get spooky and shake your booty with Twerk After Work Certified Instructor Ally. Participants will learn twerk techniques and a fun mini routine, while toning those buns and thighs! Costumes Encouraged! Please bring kneepads, clean gym shoes (no street shoes!) and bottoms that allow for maximum booty jiggle

Hell on Heels

 Join Liquid Heels Certified Instructor Ally in this sexy scary Pole Heels workshop, sure to get you in the mood for the season. Learn a mini routine while working your pole and heels skills.
Open to all levels, prior experience in pole heels (6-8inches) highly recommended.
Come dressed in your devilish best. Heels required. Kneepads recommended.
