Liquid Motion® is an OPEN LEVEL FLOOR WORK CLASS.* Students will master endless sensual movement phrases, explore current movement trends, and learn how the human body was intended to move on its most primal level.
Each class will include a full body warm up and across the floor movement drills. Then your licensed Liquid Motion® instructor will take a deep dive into 3-5 different types of floor work skills, all woven together utilizing their licensed Liquid Motion® Methodology.
